Query regarding inc-29

I have filled INC-29 form for 4 times and resolved queries all the time raised by ROC even though the form is rejected by ROC once again. Whether I will get credit of Fees paid by me in the fresh form filling of INC-29 again. Please professionals it is advisable to not to incorporate company through INC-29 it takes lots of times as well as all the time raised new kind of queries and after hard work of 15-20 days forms are rejected.

You will not get credit. You can only claim refund from MCA . Please opt for the normal inc-7 route as we can know the form wise details points to be rectified/ corrected
