Query regarding gst
A business is having a total turnover of Rs.12 Lakhs. Out of which 10 lakhs sale is intrastate. And only 2 lakh sale is interstate sale. i have paid tax on my purchases. I have to collect IGST for my interstate sale. Whether the GST liability applies to me for my intra state sale? shall I avail ITC on IGST?

Yes, SGST is applicable for intrastate sale and input credit is also available for SGST...
yes u can get igst credit and if u want to get credit u should get registration
