To access your CA Final classes on the ICAI Board of Studies (BoS) portal, please follow these steps to ensure you are selecting the correct course and providing valid credentials.

How to Access CA Final Classes

1. Visit the Official Portal: Go to the BoS Live Coaching Classes portal.

2. Select Your Course: On the login page, you must manually select "Final" from the "Select Course" drop-down menu. If you have been seeing only Intermediate content, it is likely because the portal defaulted to or was previously set to Intermediate.

3. Enter Correct Credentials:

   • Enter your 7-digit Student Registration Number (ensure you select the correct prefix, such as NRO/SRO/ERO/WRO/CRO, from the drop-down menu).

   • Enter your Date of Birth exactly as it is recorded in the Self Service Portal (SSP).

4. Verification: The system validates your access based on your registration records. If you are a student registered for the Final course, selecting "Final" in the drop-down should grant you access to the relevant lectures and study materials.

Troubleshooting Tips

• Course-Specific Access: The ICAI-BoS platform is course-specific. If you are registered as a Final student in the SSP records, you will only be able to view Final-related content. If you continue to see only Intermediate classes, verify your current registration status in the SSP.

• Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes your browser saves old session data. Try logging in from an Incognito/Private window or clearing your browser's cache.

• Contact Support: If you have confirmed your registration details are correct and still cannot view the Final course content, send a detailed email to bosmobileapp @ icai.in. Include your Registration Number, Date of Birth, and a screenshot of the issue (showing the screen where only Intermediate classes appear).

• Alternative Access: You can also access live and recorded sessions via the official ICAI CA Tube YouTube channel for supplementary content while your portal access issue is being resolved.
