Query on huf taxation

Dear All,

I have some queries on HUF a) Can mother and Wife of Karta is coparcener in HUF or not ?

b)What is the status of Daughters after marriage , Are they still Coparcener of Family or they ceases to become the members ?

c)Can a HUF be created by a Male member along with his wife ??

Ans of ques a is no mother and wife of karta are not coparceners.. B) daughter will always a coparcener even after marriage . C) yes a huf can be created by a male member along with his wife.

A family may consist of husband and wife only .. So husband and wife together is a family.

Dear Varun Thanks for sharing your views but after the amendement of Hindu Act in 2005 daughter is Cooparcener but afetr she becomes the member of her Husband Family ??

What is your view on the same .

@ kaushik vinod ! After marriage a girl will only be the member of her husband huf NOT coparcener... She remain coparcener of her father`s huf. The status of coparcener in her father`s huf will never abate not even after marriage. Only a status of member in her fathr`s huf comes to an end after her marriage
