if taxper have two business (let say business A and B) in properiatorship in same premises with no branches , is taxpayer is required to registered seperatly both business in properiatorship himself in Gst with same premises ?

No Only single registration can be done for Single PAN.
ONLY ONE REGISTRATION UNDER SINGLE PAN FOR ALL BUSINESS OPERATED IN A SINGLE STATE IS ALLOWED. FURTHER HE CAN USE BILLING FOR BOTH FIRM DIFFERENTLY STARTING AS (A01, A02, A03 ..... & B01, B02, B03....)

recently i check my provisional certificate where legal name( basically properiater name) is different with trade name ( business name) so is it possible to add trade name in that registeration ? if yes then please tell me the process.
Trade name change when ammendment will be allowed on GST Portal.

Under Properiatorship the Legal Name will be as per PAN card (PAN belonging to Properiator)and Trade Name will be that of Business Name. It isn't a problem and as far as I know the Legal Name will always be that of Properiator under Properiatorship due to the PAN details will be registered under his/her name.
