Please let me know that the SRN number of form no 23B, which is to be provided in the form no.23AC, is of the form which is filed last year or this year. Also is there any penalty on non-filing of form 23B?

form 23B is for appointment of auditor
anf this year ka means for year of submitting return
and u can upload that form 1 page ka hi hai now also...... no penalty
For filing BS of 2008, reference of SRN for Form 23B has to be given for appointment made in AGM held in 2007. There is no filing fee (normal or additional) for this form.
