Whether Copy of the Resolution need to be filed in Form MGT-14 for Passng Final Accounts by the company in Board Meeting like previous year by Pvt Ltd Co or Ltd Co.

Dear Ghose,
Approval of Financial statement and the Boards Report of Public Limited company required to be filed in MGT-14 within 30 days from date of passing the Board Resolution.
Private Companies are exempted in filing resolutions as required under section 117(3)(G) read with section 179 of CA, 2013
