Dear Mahesh,
As per section 139, ADT-1 required to be filed with ROC at time of Appointment or Re-appointment of Auditor, hence, it is not required to file ADT-1 being ractification in your case. however, We have to wait and see, same challan no is taken in AOC-4 every year without any technical problem since mentioning of Challan of AOC-4 mandatory in AOC-4 unlike earlier.
Hence, Legally ADT-1 is not required to be filed for ractification of Appointment of Auditor but technically, we have to wait and see.
Whather attachments to ADT 1 can be filed with sd OR they should be physically signed?
Dear Rohit, as per Companies Act 2013, All the attachments of E-form should be duly signed, Don't file SD copy.
