no announcement by ICAI till now.. but will be announced by ICAI within due course.

ICAI hasn't officially announced about GST applicability for CA Final for Nov 2017. Expect announcement soon.

For IPCC Institute has clarified that GST not applicable for N17

chances are less as institute has to issue study material for the subject before it...it seems not practical...
