What is the meaning of "Whether auditors' report has been qualified or has any reservations or contains adverse remarks" as asked in Form 23AC of MCA Return Forms?????

Its nothing but the auditor report containes any reservations or auditor report subject to opinion on some reports pertaining to contains.
