Dear Concerned
The Question is "If a company has already issued shares with differential voting rights as per the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 in June 2014 then would it be required to comply with the provisions of companies act 2013. & how it can rectify that mistake?

trully a blunder... even when the companies act 13 is applicable... let me find something abt rectification of this....
