Query : for MVat Jan month return for new dealer.
While uploading the return , I am getting this error " Filing obligation for MVAT cannot be cleared due to error"
Dealer is new dealer registered in the month of Jan 2017. So for January month return due date is 21st feb 2017.
Can anyone help me with this ?

I visited MVAT Department for above issue.
They told me to mail the particular query with screen shot of webpage dispalying the error on below mention Email Id:
helpdesksupport @ mahavat.gov.in

Dear Jay sir do you know the new procedure for C form under new sap system for newly registered dealer of MVAT.
First focus on filing of Mvat/cst return i e. 231 and Cst return.
As if you haven't file mvat/cst return, you can not apply for C form.
