QUERY ABOUT PCC REGISTRATION

you register before nov 15 to avoid fine. you will get your attempt for may 2010 pcc exam provided you have to mention in your form 103 the date of registration as october 15. if not you will be eligible for nov 2010  pcc attempt. i.e. minimum 15 completed months of articleship training 3 months prior to exam.

You can write PCC exams by May 2010, provided you mention 15th october as date of commencement of articleship in your form 103.. But am not sure about penalty for late submission, you just clarify it by calling ICAI thro:  (STD Code No.) 39893989..
