Can any one Please tell me that;
If I have purchased goods which is liable to LBT and i have sold the same to one customer but the customer has returned the goods to me due to defectiveness of the material and i have also returned the same to my supplier. The goods returned is liable to LBT?? and in LBT monthly return where i can show the same i.e in defective column or in purchase return?? and is there any time limit to show return of the goods ?? (like in VAT there is limit of 6mths..)
