Query about application of form 112 with icai

I completed my Ist group of ipcc in Nov-2011, and 2nd group in May-2012.I joined articles right after completing my 1st group.I completed 2 years of my B.COM course before registering to articles so i had not submitted Form 112 with ICAI. But i had a doubt ....should i submit Form - 112 even for continuing my final year B.COM ?????????.PLease answer my question soon ....

Yes, you have to submit form 112 if you are undergoing another course at the time of registration to articleship or starting another course during your articleship period.

Ya you have to Fill 112 Now,, you have to pay Penlaty Of not late Submission of 112. Pls find Attached link of ICAI and Find fourm section. There you can easily Download form and Penlty Information.
