Can authorised representative of liasion office, become director in any other company

Yes, he can be a director in any other company provided he is appointed as non-executive director.

The authorised representative of liasion office is not covered under provisions of disqualification of directors..

I would like to know that whether 2 directors can be a foreign directors? Or Is there a rule that says, one director must be a Indian director.
