Grounds already permissible in the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988 (on submission of requisite proof of the act warranting transfer/termination of articleship): -
- Industrial Training (Regulation 51)
- Secondment of articles (Regulation 54)

my query is "what are the other permissibble grounds in the charted accountabts regulations,1988)

and

Do i need to take a transfer for doing secondment.

go through the yesterday's institutes announcement through my other post to know justifiable circumstances

for secondment you do not need to take transfer but you need to work under different ca with the permission of your ca as he is not capable of giving you necessary training required.
