Please suggest whether whether capital gain derived on sale of mutual fund held for 366days is short term or long term?

In case of units of mf,if they are transferred during the period beg.on 1-4-2014 and ending on 10-7-2014,the period of holding shall b taken as 12 month or less to qualify as STCG.
This is the amendment effective from AY 2015-2016
