QUERRY - IMP. TOO FOR U GUYS //////////

Hi All,

there are three persons Printer, I nd Beneficiory. I purchased the printed material in the shape of banners from printer nd paid service tax nd VAT on that. Now, I display banners on hoardings and charge service tax  from Beneficiory.

Now, the querry is, shoud I charge VAT from beneficiory or not, because property is not passing from me to beneficiory.

I work for the beneficiory nd raise invoice with service tax.

should I charge VAT from beneficiory ?
