In consent letter owner name is mentioned, not business name.
While applying for GST registration he wants to use trade name .
Is it possible to do so. And if trade name is not allowed, owner can use own name and update his savings account after registration?
Consent letter in owner’s name is perfectly valid
GST registration can be obtained with a trade name
Proprietor’s name = legal name; trade name = brand
Bank account can be updated after registration without issue
