Queries regarding llp

LLP 562 views 1 replies

I am in process of forming an LLP and have the following questions regarding LLP agreement: -

1. Can Power of Attorney be given to any individual to sign on behalf of designated partners
2. Should the LLP office address be owned by one of the partners?

I would be obliged if you could help me out on above

Warm Regards

No such POA can be given to sign on behalf of DP but yes POA can be given to be present in government departments on behalf of promoters and indulge in activities of promoting LP but teh documents where the signature of DPs require will ahve to be signed only by DPs.

Not necessarily to be owned by the DPS, can also be taken on rent by the LLP
