2.Is 30th sept last date of filing returns for public limited companies also?or only private limited companies?
3.Is form 3ca and 3cd to be submitted online even for public limited companies? or only for pvt co?
4.What is time limit for filing revised dvat returns?
1- Time for e-filling is 8am to 8pm.
2- 30th sept is last date for all companies whether its private or public.
3- 3CA & 3CB is again compulsory for all companies..
4- i dont have idea regarding time limits of revised vat returns..
