Is Maharashtra VAT filing procedure same for Q1 2017 (April-June 2017)

How is the challan payment to be made? Using e-payment link on Mahavat site OR procedure has changed due to GST?

YES, THE SAME PROCEDURE TO FILE VAT RETURN FOR THIS QUARTER . NO CHANGE EITHER TO FILE RETURN OR MAKE PAYMENT UP TO 30-JUNE-2017 .

Should we select LAST RETURN - Yes for this return ?

Last return is if your company is shutting down / closing. But thats not the case here.. so it should be NO.

I asked this to an accountant and he said there is confusion on this matter and to wait for few days for clarification from Mvat dept.

Is Mvat refund for Q1 2017 need to show refund or carry forword for subsequent period due to GST ?
