Purchase of private company by share acquisition.
please specify whether in acquisition of private company by share acquisition mode , new share certificates have to be issued by cancelling the old one's or only writng the name of transfree on the back of share certificates are legally enough?

Mentioning of name of transfree back side of Share Certificate is enough.
