can a comppsite dealer purchase goods like kiryana items from other state or ut and sell them in the state where he is registered. .say if i am kiryana shop keeper under composite scheme then can i buy items from a registered or unregistered dealer from chandigarh
(union terretory)and again sell them in mohali (punjab) where i am registered to earn profit and what liability or loss i need to bear...pls explain as this is very urgent for my bissiness...thanks

Yes,a composite dealer can purchase from other states.
Better to buy from regd person, if you buy from unregd, you will have to pay GST under RCM, if value for a day exceeds 5000/-.
and can i sell them in my registered state
Yes you can sell in local but not in inter state.
