I had purchased a machinery on 15 th september 2013 in my partnership firm, at that time i had no TIN no.
The date of tin no validity is from 24 oct 2013 please tell me how i claim the vat amount.
Please reply as soon as possible.

I suggest you to show machinery on put to use after 24th oct. This will help you to take the benifit of the same. As it is a capital you should see the provision of taking the benifit of the input according to state vat.
I hope it will solve your problm.
