Purchase from west bengal by a unregd dealer who sales in bihar whose t.o.is below 20lakhs , is he required to get registered under G S T and the regd dealer selling him require any proof or I.d.

My query was a unregd dealer in Bihar purchases goods from the regd dealer ln w. Bengal does the purchaser whose t. o. is below 20lakhs will have to get registered under GST?

Not liable to register if your turnover is below 20 lakhs but if you sale out of state as previously mention attract registration
