Can anyone tell me where the purchases from unregistered dealers shall be reported in DVAT 16, I am not in a view to disclose them in exempted purchases but there is no separate space for it. Please reply.

Dear Amit,
As of now in DVAT 16 there is no such column to capture "Purchases from Unregistered Dealer" Purchases.
However, in the recent notification issued by Delhi VAT dept. a new line is inserted "R 6.2(9)" for capturing the values.
Also Annexure 2A & 2B and DVAT 30& DVAT 31 format is changed as per the efiling format.
Check the attached Notification for the same.

So does that mean we can sell products which we purchse from unregistered sellers or who dont want to give bills as they have imported such items. I want this clarification to sell such chinese products online. And I want to obey all rules. I have asked many CA teh same question but there is no something on which all CA are divided into 2 groups.
One says its legal if we pay full VAT on sale and another says its illegal as we can not sell such thing as it could be considered as theft.
Have goverment made such arrangemenst to sell such itmes.
Thanks in advance.
