U can enter in separate part given in 3B in which interstate unregistered purchases only those which do not exceed ₹2L purchases from single state...
This can be disclosed in table 5
In GSTR 3B Table 5 disclosure is for purchases which are exempt supply, nil-rated supply or non-GST supply. Here bifurcate such supplies into intra-State & inter-State.
