Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies how to handle mutual fund purchases when filing your ITR2. Generally, the purchase amount doesn't need to be declared unless it falls under Schedule AL or if the fund was sold in the same financial year, resulting in a capital gain. If it's a tax-saving investment, disclosure might be required.

Not possible.

Purchase is not required to be declare in ITR2, unless required to be filled 'Schedule AL.'

Sir,
So Can we file ITR without Declare purchase amount.

Yes.

Unless sold in the same year, the invested amount cannot be declared in ITR2.

Tax saving investment then it is to be disclosed
Thank you very much respected Dhirajlal Sir,

You are welcome.
