We are required to publish all the notices and financial results in an English and a regional newspaper.
Can anyone clarify whether we can publish the English version of such notices/financial results in the regional language(without translating into regional language)?

Technically, its not correct but most company follow the same practice....notice, result etc are published in english language in regional newspapers....
