We are a SEZ unit and trying to file the PT return using the SAP based web
https://newautomation.mahavat.gov.in/mstd/dealer/login/index.H T M L
The file converted by version 1.8.3 is not getting uploaded and throwing errors
There is no balance in the utility file which was converted.
Please suggest if you have any solution on this.
Also please inform on the late fees structure in 4th month in case of not filing the return for prior 3 months.

Hello, Are you trying to upload the PT return on old mahavat site or new mahagst site ?
I tried uploading on mahagst site. it is showing same error
I also tried on MAHAGST same problem facing.
On Mvat site form downloading not available and not accept IIIB Return
As per MAHAVAT site :
"All employers who obtained PTRC before 25 May 2016, are required to file their PTRC returns on the old Mahavat Portal using old Return Template."
"The employers who obtained PTRC on or after 25 May 2016 are only required to file PTRC returns on new Mahagst Portal."
"Irrespective of the period of return filing, all the PTRC payments are required to be done on the new Mahagst Portal."

Old Mahavat site is working fine. You need to use the same IIIB form version that was used last year. And it can be downloaded on mahavat site too (excel file).
Is there anyone who can help us for the same.

30/04/2018 is last date for porfessional tax retrun file but your new system have some error. so we can't work properly. so you have to give information about late fee. if there is error occure in your site.
Make payment of late fees and challan details in the return it will be uploaded without error
Not able to file PT return for April 2018 same error is getting reflected even after trying to file it now. Kindly guide.

While trying to file professional tax returns on mahagst.gov.in, we seem to be getting stuck on the step where the time period needs to be selected. After selecting the financial year, the website simply shows "No Data" for Periods. Screenshot -
