dnt knw abt d link.. but hav heard from my friends that 3 saal me 3 mnths ki leaves permitted hai... usse upar agar aapki leave hai to u need to do extended training for that period of leave beyond three mnths

You have to serve the excess period vide supplementary articles using form 107 under same principal without gap, else 102 & 103 for re-registration under another CA or if there is gap.
If your principal agrees to show in under limit, then you can do away with the hassles.
