- Works have to be done by a partner who is nearest to the assignment location.
- No sharing in individual effort work.
- Firm’s credibility need to maintain.
- No reimbursement for expenses made for getting personal work.
- Reimbursement of expenses made for empanelment work will be shared by all.
- Any addition, deletion in partners will be after consultation with first line partners.
- Tax exp would be borne by partners as per income from firm.
