Hello Friends..

Need guidance on following query..

--I brought the property in Mumbai recently and registered it in sub-registrar office.The property onwer was Father of the person who sold the property to me.

--After his father demise the said property is transfered to his step Mother..He is having 3 sons ..the share certificate is transfered to the name of the Seller(one of the Son) whom with I did the registration..He has the NOC from his other 2 brothers and idemnity bond is also made in the name of Seller. but Release deed is not done yet..

I have the query whether is it required to do the Release deed between all 3 sons of the Original onwer.

Is it possible to do the Release deed now since the Registration is already been done with me by one of the Legal hier.How much time will it take and how much price will be required.Pls guide.Thanks.

Who registered the property in your favour?

If Father,....... how the sold property got transferred to step mother or other legal heirs?
