I have applied for GST registration. the department raised a query to submit Proof of Sign..Which document I can upload for the same ?

Quick Summary
PAN Card can be uploaded as Proof of Signature
PAN card , however proof of signature is never ever required for GST registration.
You can get your signature attested from Bank and upload the same on gst portal.
