Proof of business

I run a software development business from few years and all my clients are from out of India so therefore I did not get registered for service tax, sales tax etc. When I apply for any visa I am asked to provide proof of my business but since none of the above registerations are valid for my business, what type of proof should I get for my sole properitorship?
