my father's bank has asked for projected balance sheet for next 3 years for mudra loan.

please send me projected balance sheet format on jkrohan9788 @ gmail.com

and I also want to know that whether it is to be signed by a CA or not.

Yes... If Bank required CA signature then Contact Your nearest CA or Your Own CA friends...
