A project report (also called DPR — Detailed Project Report) submitted to the SPCB for Consent to Establish (CTE) should typically contain the following sections:

1. Executive Summary: Brief overview of the project, promoters, location, product, and investment.

2. Promoter Details: Background of promoters/company, constitution (proprietorship/Pvt Ltd etc.), PAN, registration details.

3. Project Location: Full address, survey number, land area, proximity to water bodies, residential areas, highways — required for environmental sensitivity mapping.

4. Project Descripttion:
- Type of industry/activity
- Products to be manufactured and quantities
- Raw materials required and their source
- Process flow diagram with descripttion of each stage

5. Water Requirement and Discharge:
- Total water consumption (source — borewell, municipality, etc.)
- Process water vs domestic water
- Effluent generation quantity and composition
- ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) design and capacity

6. Air Pollution Details:
- Stack emissions (from boiler, furnace, DG set etc.)
- Air pollution control equipment (bag filters, scrubbers, ESP etc.)
- Height of stacks

7. Solid Waste / Hazardous Waste:
- Quantity and type of solid waste generated
- Disposal mechanism
- Hazardous waste (if any) under Hazardous Waste Management Rules

8. Energy Details: Power requirement, source, DG set capacity.

9. Investment Details: Land, building, machinery, working capital — for fee calculation.

10. Consent category: State which category (Red/Orange/Green/White) you fall under per CPCB norms.
