yes it is enough..but with this data, generally banks require other details like project estimation and project requirement, persons related and involved with it and brief biodata.

Provide these details also if you are working on project report for bank loan.

We undertake range of industrial, livestock, warehouse & service sector projects. Here in this forum most of the queries/tasks are centered around project report with noticeable lack towards its justification. For justified project report (obviously which is comfortable for entrepreneurs to proceed ahead) we need architectural layout plan, civil construction plan, equipment plan & animal plan as per norms wherever specified. Working capital calculations should be as-on-date. We also give bill of quantity for construction materials. Layout plan along with estimate are important documents because at the time of sanction of project, bank used to keep these assets (i.e. land & building) as primary collateral, bank seeks the valuation of these assets from their empanelled valuer, bank takes legal opinion from their empanelled legal experts and may ask layout plan to be signed by panchayat head. We also plan, discuss and arrive at cost effective budget for equipments and animals. This is done w.r.t. level of automation required. (D) Bankable project report: With the layout plan, construction plan, animal plan & equipment plan thoughtfully prepared, our project report is justified as original piece of work. Working capital schedule is described in detail taking into account the real needs for inventory of raw materials, packing materials, work-in-progress, & finished goods and sundry debtors. Clear picture of income & expenses are arrived through valid as-on-date assumptions and viability projections are presented in bankable format.
