Proforma authorisation letter from client for e-filling ITR

Dear all,

Is there any proforma authorisation letter which should be taken from clent before his e filling Income Tax Return.

As there is our IP address printed in the ITR. We are not subscribe to any figure given by client. We only have copy of ITR & Computation of Income signed by him. What about Balance sheet & trading account figure. We dont want to print all pages of return and get signed by the client.Any Suggestion.
