I would like to know what would be the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure the profitability of a mutual fund investor service centres (ISC).
The purpose would be to identify which ISC is doing well and adding value to the mutual fund Amc and which UFC should be closed down
I have identified a few like:
1. Sales generated (net of redemptions)
2. Average AUM for each ISC
3. Number of active distributors
4. %ge of sales visits converted to subscripttions
5. analysis of subscripttions data of each ISC to determine whethr the ISC has managed to sell the maximum number of profitable schemes (i.e. schemes which generate good amount of management fees)
6. Net profitability per salesman (Net sales less administration exps- rent, salaries, conveyance etc divided by number of agents)
Please suggest other KPIs for the above.
