Our Registered office is at Baroda (Gujarat) and Factory at Dadra in Dadra & Nagar Haveli. Question is whether company is liable to pay professional tax for Company and for Employees... in Dadra or in Baroda? If in Dadra, can you please provide me professional tax rates in Dadra?

if you make salary payments from baroda then you have to deduct Pt as per prevailing rules in the state.and if you make payment from dadra then deduct Pt as per the rule of dadra city...
For PT deduction registration of factory and its operations does not count.
