Does an amount paid as fees for a professional course be claimed as deduction under Professional Development Allowance.(Since the salary slip reflects an amount under the heading "Special Allowance" ?
If Yes, then what would be the deduction amount.I mean the total fees paid or only the amount of tution fees ?
