Dear Sir,

I would like to be partner of a CA firm, which mainly involved in audit activities. I have cleared my CA in May'06 and pursuing ISA (DISA) course. I have sufficient infrastructure at Indore. I also invite those firm who want to open their branch in Indore. I prefer that firm which can assign professional work for MP/Indore region.

Don't mean to burst your bubble CA Narendra Kothari but this could be regarded as solicitation of work being that this is a public forum and not merely restricted to access only by Chartered Accountants - even considering the relaxation of solicitation regulations in recent times - it deals with "within the professional fraternity".

The aforesaid scenario has an exception in the form of publication of such ads in the Institutes Journals/Newsletters.

I mention this only as a professional courtesy - my intention not being to offend or prejudicially affect your sentiments!

It would be better if the site admin looks into the matter

Refer First Schedule Part I Clause 6 clause a (for exceptions) and h & i (for violations)
