what is the procedure to allot shares of producer company to non existing member?
is it required to issue offer letter and renounce as per companies act,2013???

Since new companies Act yet to come for handling producer companies, till that we have to follow the provisions of Sec 581A to 581ZT of companies Act, 1956 wrt producer company.
Hence refer the provisions as laid down under above section. Companies Act, 2013 do not have any role in the provisions of producers company.
