kindly plz tell me what is the proceedure for change registered office address with same jurisdiction in VAT REGISTRATION? which form i should be file?.p

Process for change office address

In Maharashtra , you have to apply for amendment in address. Step 1 : Submit application by a simple letter on letterhead along with self attested copies of premises agreement of purchase or lease, maintenance receipt, light bill , consent from all co-owners of premises with self attested copy of their PAN by wednesday. Step 2 On Friday you have to go with all original documents and on verification , amended certificate will be issued.
Note : mazgaon jurisdiction has Friday specific day for amendment only.
