we are Pvt ltd company. What is the procedure to file Service tax return of 2nd quarter of F.Y.2012-13? for 1st quarter we have filed return electronically. Is there any change in filing of return?
On 22 Feb 13, the Dept. has notified that ST3 for 3 months from July to Sept 12 has to be filed by 25/3/13.There is no change in mode of filing. The date for filing ST3 for Oct 12 to Mar 13 is yet to be released by Ministry.

A new ST-3 form has been prescribed.
Last date for filing ST-3 for Oct to march, 2013 is 25-04-2013 as prescribed under Rule 6(1) of Service Tax Rules, 1994. No notification has till now changed this date.
