Security, if any, for registration

Security may be in form of :

1. cash deposit or

2. post office saving account or

3. scheduled bank’s saving account pass book or

4. fixed deposit or

5. bank guarantee for Rs. 25,000/- and

6. Personal bond or BG or FDR for Rs. 2,00,000/-.

2. Permanent account number

3. Constitution of business.

4. Nature of business.

5. Principal commodities.

6. Nature of business.

7. Detail of bank accounts

8. Manner in which account is maintained.

Documents to be attached along with the application of registration.

1. Name, address and other details of proprietor/s.

2. Copy of partnership deed/ Memorandum and article of association.

3. Detail of additional place of business.

4. Detail of securities furnished.
