Procedure for sending tools and dies into vendor premises

Can some one help me to tell the procedure for sending Tools and Dies into vendor premises for production, without any cost involved as RGP !!

If you are sending Excisable goods means, (after availing Cenvat) you have to send thru Challan under Challan 4(5)a Cenvat Credit Rules 2004.

yes agree. under job work challan it can be send subject to return back within 180 days
